Dislodging a stuck job in outlook 2010 2003 2007

Problem:
 An email is stuck in outbox and no matter how many times you click "Send receive" it just wont send.

Probable cause
1. The email has surpassed the size limit of the server if it has large attatchments.
2. Something went wrong before send receive. Maybe you tried to open the mail before it was sent therefore outlook thinks there are changes to the email and there are not.

Solution
1. double click the email and click on send
2. if the file exceed the size limit of the mail server. Delete wont work. Take out the network cable or modem then delete and find a way to make the email smaller
